Need a different size? Simply return or exchange your item and place a new order with your correct size.



Items ineligible for return? Sell your Rothy’s on Poshmark instead—and give our styles a second life.
1. Click on “Get Started,” which will direct you to our returns portal.
2. Enter your order number and zip code. You will be directed to an “Unavailable to Return” page. Click the Poshmark button to start a resell.
3. It’s easy! Create an account using your email and Poshmark will automatically generate a listing to sell your Rothy’s.
4. Review the information and click “List This Item.” You’re all set.
